Share the pleasure of driving an Avis car
When you rent a car, only one driver is allowed to drive. If you want the car to be driven by a second person, an additional driver will be added to the rental agreement and an additional fee will apply.
The additional driver must agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Also, the additional driver must be of the minimum age required to rent a car and present at the rental office a driving license valid for at least 2 years.

Technical assistance in case of immobilization of the rented car

Extended Roadside Assistance does not reduce your financial responsibility for the consequences of immobilizing the Vehicle, repair costs, replacement parts, damage and / or theft of the Vehicle, for which you are liable in any case. RSN is valid exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Extended Roadside Assistance does not apply if the vehicle is immobilized outside public roads.
Prepaid fuel.
Pay a full tank when you open the rental agreement and save time and money.
Fuel is not charged more expensive than at local gas stations.

Protection options for car rentals

Choose Super Cover to eliminate the financial responsibility in case of damage or in case of theft of the rented car, for car rentals on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Standard insurance – no extra costs
The standard protection package includes accident insurance and deductible theft insurance (maximum customer liability in case of damage). In most countries, the deductible can be reduced or eliminated by purchasing an additional insurance package.
Accident insurance and theft insurance reduce, regardless of fault, the financial liability of the contract holder in case of damage to the Avis car, or in case of car theft, up to the amount of liability (deductible).
By renting a vehicle, you also benefit from third party liability insurance (RCA) under the law. Third party liability insurance guarantees the financial consequences of personal injury and property damage that the driver of the car may cause to third parties while in the car.
This excludes:
– bodily injuries suffered by the driver and / or passengers of the Vehicle (especially in case of accident);
– damage to the vehicle;
– damage caused to goods, objects and animals transported in the Vehicle.
The material damage suffered by the vehicle and the theft of the vehicle are your responsibility within the limits of a maximum financial liability.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Risk: The payment of material damage to the vehicle is limited to a maximum amount.

Risk: Payment of an amount equal to the maximum liability in case of theft.
